CALL LOG CONTACTS
DESCRIPTION: Call Log Contacts is used to record information for the Call Log menu item.
To access: Click on the Customers module then click the Call Log Contacts menu item.

To add a new contact, click the New button at the top of the window. Enter the contact's Name, Phone number, Email address, and mailing Address. When you have finished adding information, click the Save button.
A success message window will appear. Click OK.
If you need to view or edit information for a listed contact, select the contact from the Search for Call Log Contact window. Make changes as needed and click the Save button. A success message window will appear. Click OK. If you are looking for information for multiple listed contacts, you can move through the list using the navigation buttons.
Click on the X in the upper right corner of the window to close the window.
