CLEARINGHOUSE FILE
DESCRIPTION: Clearinghouse File is used to create the drug and alcohol clearinghouse upload file for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
To access: Click on the Human Resources module .png)
then click the Clearinghouse File menu item. .png){kind=small}

Click the Fill Grid button and a list of employee information will be displayed.
Use the check boxes to select which employees to include in the Clearinghouse Upload File. When you have made your selections, click the Export Clearinghouse File button. This will add the selected employees to the file and export the file to Excel. You will be prompted to name and save your upload file. A confirmation window will appear to confirm your file was exported successfully. Click OK.
Click on the X in the upper right corner of the window to close the window.
