EEO-4 FILE
DESCRIPTION: The EEO-4 File compiles demographic workforce data, including data by race and ethnicity, sex, job category, and salary band. It will use this data to create the upload file for the Equal Opportunity Commission EEO-4 Survey for the specified year.
To access: Click on the Human Resources module .png)
then click the EEO-4 File menu item. .png){kind=small}

in the grid: Exploring Grid Filters
By using the drop down list, enter the year that corresponds with the demographic workforce data you need to compile and a list of employee information will be displayed. Review the employee information to be included in the upload file. If everything looks correct, click the Create EEO-4 upload file button. You will be prompted to name and save the upload file. After saving, a confirmation message window will appear. Click OK.
Click on the X in the upper right corner of the window to close the window.
