DESCRIPTION:  The Image Manager gives you the ability to import images for employees, equipment, signatures, and logos into Pro Fund Accounting.

To access:  Click on the Tools module  then click the Image Manager menu item.

The following window will appear:

Select a Category from the drop down list.  Categories include:  Accounts Payable Check Signature, Customer Receipt Logo, Export Paystub Logo, Employee, Equipment, Inventory, Other, Payroll Check Signature.

An example using Employee as the Category is shown below:

On the left side of the window will show all Available images that have been loaded into Pro Fund Accounting.  On the right side, based on what category was selected, are the items to assign the image to.

To add an image into Pro Fund Accounting, right click in the Available images area.  A menu will show asking if you want to Add/Update, Save, or Delete an image.  Select Add/Update Image.  The Change Image Window will appear.  Click the Browse for an image button to browse your hard drive for an image.

If the image is a signature to use for your checks, you can specify an Optional password to protect the signature (recommended for AP and PR signatures).  This password will be requested when running reports that have this signature.

Once you find and select the image, it should show in the Image preview box.  If you do see an image in the preview, click the Save button.  It will now show up in the Available images list in Pro Fund Accounting.

To assign an image to an employee, inventory, or equipment, drag the image on top of the item you wish to assign it to.  To remove an image from an employee, inventory, or equipment, highlight the item and right click.  A Clear image button will show and clicking the button will remove the image.  If you wish to remove an image from the Available images list, right click on the image and select Delete Image.

Click on the X in the upper right corner of the window to close the window.
