IMPORT FUEL READINGS

 

 

 

 

DESCRIPTION:  Import Fuel Readings allows you to import fuel usage data from your fuel tracking system into Pro Fund Accounting.

 

 

 

To access:  Click on the Equipment module  then click the Import Fuel Readings menu item.   

 

The following window will appear:

 

 

Enter the Effective Date of Fuel Postings by either typing in the date into the field or by using the Calendar button to enter the date.  Check the boxes that apply - Use dates from data as Effective Dates or Post Meter Readings where Available.

 

Select the Fuel System type you are importing the data from.  Then click the Import button.

 

The following window will appear:

 

 

 

Select your fuel system data file from the File Explorer window, then click the Open button.  A confirmation window will appear.  Click Yes to proceed or click No to cancel the process and go back to the Import Fuel Data window.  When the data is processed, click OK and a window showing a list of fuel usage records processed and a list of any errors.  Once you have reviewed the information, click OK.  A confirmation window will appear.  Click OK to finish importing your fuel readings into Pro Fund Accounting.  Click OK.

 

Click on the X in the upper right corner of the window to close the window.
