PULL DOWN ITEMS

 

 

 

 

DESCRIPTIONPull Down Items provides the ability to specify the items to show in pull down, drop down, or combo lists throughout Pro Fund Accounting.

 

 

 

To access:  Click on either the Customers module  or the Equipment module  then click the Pull Down Items menu item. 

 

The following window will appear:

 

 

 

Select the Pull down set you want to modify by using the drop down list.  Many Pull Down sets have already been set up for you.  Click on the Add pull down item button.  Specify the Pull down value, which is what the item will be called in Pro Fund Accounting.  The item will be added to the set.  Click the Save button.

 

If you need to modify an item, you can select that item from the list and specify a new Pull down value by deleting the information on that line until the field is blank, then enter in the new information.  Click the Save button.

 

To remove an item, select the X next to the item in the list you want to delete.  If a Pull Down Item has been used, you will not be able to delete it.  You can mark the item so that it will no longer appear in the Pull Down lists by unchecking the Is active box.  Click the Save button.

 

Click on the X in the upper right corner of the window to close the window.
