VIEW CURRENT EMPLOYEE EVENTS

 

 

 

 

DESCRIPTION:  View Current Employee Events will show date information about your employees.  For example, you can view everybody's birth date for the current month.

 

 

 

To access, click on the Payroll module  then click the View Current Employee Events menu item.   

 

The following window will appear:

 

 

In the Select Active Employee Events to View section, check the boxes for the events you would like to view.  The window will show all the employees that have the selected event in the next month.  Multiple items can be selected.  To uncheck a box you have checked, click on the same box again.

 

NOTE:  If you have a driver's license expiration date set up in Employee Maintenance, then the Current Employee Events screen will show that option.  The same thing occurs if you have the Physical Date set up in Employee Maintenance.

 

When you are done, click on the Close button.
